To the city!
After we met our coach driver Tommy from Dualway, we were quickly whisked away to one of the two apartment buildings who would accommodate us during our stay in Dublin. On the ride, though weary from the flight, we were excited to have a first glance at this fascinating city.

Breakfast
After we dropped off our luggage, we went searching for breakfast. All the boys with their chaperones and some of the gentlemen of the choir ended up at
O’Shea’s Merchant on Lower Bridge Street. A few other members of the tour soon followed.
Some of us also took the opportunity to make plans for the next few hours. After breakfast, the children had plans to visit the
National Botanic Gardens, whereas the gentlemen of the choir decided to explore the famous Temple Bar and Grafton Street areas.
River Liffey
The River Liffey flows through the centre Dublin much like the River Thames flows through London. Across the water are many scenic bridges and along it iconic buildings. Some of the gentlemen of the choir took this route towards Temple Bar.
